AIIA LTD is a multi-skilled agribusiness organization that aims at supporting sustainable development along the fields of; agribusiness development, climate risk management and mitigation, and Tourism development with a purpose of improving rural livelihoods and food security through agriculture.

Agribusiness Development
We collaborate with both private and public sector partners to handle the various constraints along the value chains of different enterprises including maize, Potatoes, bananas, diary, pineapples and mushroom. This is aimed at enhancing production and productivity, knowledge and skills of various actors along selected value chains including; input dealers, smallholder farmers, processors, traders among others service providers. We Farmer institutional development services which includes supporting and strengthening smallholder farmer groups and cooperatives to carry out sustainable agricultural businesses and activities. AIIA also focuses on providing the prerequisite agribusiness skills for Agro-processing, marketing and business development to youth and women agri-entrepreneurs through agribusiness incubation.

Climate risk management and mitigation 
Climate change is real. As AIIA we aim to support stakeholders involved in the agricultural systems respond effectively to Climate Change. Emphasize is on realization of food security and development goals through; Sustainable increase in agricultural productivity, Enhanced resilience (adaptability) and contribution to reduction of Green House Gases (GHGs). We therefore promote Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA) which brings together practices, policies and institutions that are not necessarily new but are applied in new contexts and ways to enable individuals and communities address the challenges of climate change.

Agro-Tourism development
AIIA is involved in promotion of sustainable and environmentally sound development practices for natural resources. The company also promotes ecotourism and agrotourism sites to encourage the sound management of farming practices, forest reserves, national parks, and other forms of protected areas. We are involved in the ecosystem mapping across the different regions of Uganda in order to engage local communities for sustainable development purposes, allowing them to benefit from the use of natural resources with minimal destruction and thus encouraging conservation.
